KREOA Complaint Form

Depending on the nature of the issue, KREOA generally recommends that you discuss the problems with the property owner in question prior to submitting the complaint, (Unless the situation causes a concern for your safety).

If the issue is not a violation of the KREOA CCRs, KREOA recommends contacting the appropriate agencies. For agency information, please click on the Butte Co. Code of Ordinances page under Forms on our site menu.

 When submitting a complaint, please include any pictorial and any other documentation legally obtained for Board review. This information will be used to further support your claim during the review process.
